I enjoyed this course and used the English translation which worked well. It is hard sometimes to see the graphite drawing because it is so light - maybe a more direct light on it. Overall good course with some useful resources. I always enjoy learning about the artist's influences.

I have many courses on portrait drawing and painting, but I want to try working with charcoal and see how I do.
The course teaches us how to use charcoal of course, but learning the features and how make them look believable is another deal.
The course is so useful for who want to learn portrait drawing.

Xavier did an excellent job with every aspect of the drawing project....I especially liked that he shared what he was thinking as he worked on the drawing, showing both what he intended to do, and then each time he made edits, or used a different too he talked about why he was doing what he was doing....this was an exceptional course in my opinion.

Muy recomendable para introducción al retrato con carboncillo, sobre todo si tienes un poco de idea.

You are going to be happily surprised. The way he teaches is quite smooth and he simplifies the material. So, you can feel comfortable learning. I like the he feels as I do the learning never stops. I have seen many young artists reach a point and feel it's the best they can be. More teachers should teach art is fluid the more you learn the more your style improves

E' un buon corso anche per quanto riguarda la base strutturale del disegno nel ritratto. Mi piace ed è spiegato molto bene.
Avrei voluto qualche consiglio in più sulle carte per carboncino.

Es un buen curso de retrato en carboncillo, sobre todo para la gente que desea tener un proceso organizado, y tienen algo de miedo a la hora de encajar.
