Gareth Lucas

Apart from initially wanting to be Superman I have always wanted to be an Illustrator. I am now an award-winning Illustrator living in the UK. I predominately work in children’s publishing. My favourite subjects are animals and birds and I like my work to be as happy, joyful and playful as possible. I am a big fan of digital media and all my work is now completed using either Photoshop, Illustrator or Procreate.

My other passion is music and I love to play the guitar, banjo, mandolin and ukulele.
