I like to imagine that my inner pillar was forged in the African sunshine, tempered with the the rich Scottish culture of my parents and wrapped in the 50 shades of ocean from the west coast of Sweden. All this seeps through in my art and writing. Ideas and inspiration are no problem - FINISHING something is! My characters need to be more interesting - I get fed up with them! I have a treasure chest of wonderful "quilt patches" but need to stitch them together to make a whole eiderdown.
