After 25 years as an educator and elementary school librarian, I hung up my book bag and walked into the next chapter as a writer and creator while juggling life as a full-time caregiver for my parents.

I make journals inspired by pop-culture and interests like collecting, making art, reading, puzzle-building, and writing.

I have written a series of children's books starring two unusual friends, Peanut and Maude. Their stories navigate the world of friendship and imagination with a quirky sense of humor children and adults will find charming and entertaining.

I split my time between Michigan and Florida with my husband and our ever rambunctious herd of chihuahuas: Mr. Tibs, Zuzu Petals, Sir David Bowie and our Pekingese, Suki. I enjoy sending our adult children TikTok videos they will never watch and spending time with family and friends.
