Baian Shahin

I'm Baian Shahin, Jordanian, living in Amman the capital of Jordan. I studied architecture and I'm currently an illustrator and a teacher who is passionate about arts and colors.

I have over nine years of experience in teaching architectural drawing and manual rendering using markers. I held several training workshops in various universities such as USMA-Panama, AAU and UOP-Jordan in manual rendering techniques using markers. I have a wide online following on IG where I share short educational videos of my techniques (baian.shahin).

One of my main goals is to educate students and designers about the importance of hand-rendering as one of the most important ways to present their projects, especially since these skills nowadays are rarely taught in design schools under the speed growing of computer aided design. what I really love about my work is that it combines design and art and through it I combine my passion for teaching and my love for drawing.
