I am a genuine educator with over 20 years of experience in private schools/universities within the Middle East, a yogi, a lover of nature's bounty, a hiker and skier...I LIVE to eat too!

My educational background is replete with degrees from the Lebanese American University in Beirut. I’ve earned an MA Degree in Educational Management and a BS Degree in Business Marketing. Internationally, I successfully completed a Literacy Coach Certification from Teacher’s College Columbia University in New York, USA.

This fall, I found my 'IKIGAI' and decided to take a big leap of faith to step out of a stressful school job and craft a new career path. Currently, I am a full-time ‘Yogipreneur’ and founded my small but soulful business ‘Arima Journey for Yoga & Mindfulness’. On Dec. 1st, 2022, Arima Journey has been registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain (YAY!) and it aims to promote mental and physical fitness through blending the powerful practices of yoga and mindfulness...to allow yogis to find calm in the chaos!
