Kristine Ortmeier

Hi! My Name ist Kristine and I am a selftought Illustartor based in Germany. I have drawn and created my whole life but grew up in the belief that this would never lead to a paid job and instead I ended up studying architecture.
What changed my mind at first was the birth of my daughter that gave me more free time to experiment. It took years to let this old beliefes behind and even needed this great corona pandemic to take the final step and go for it. There was a feeling of when not now, when will I ever do this.
Even though I still need to lern a lot, I am glad I made my way on this jouney finally. I also belief that life is about constant learning.
My main influences are music, nature, psychology, all sorts of art und observation.
