I'm a UI/UX/CX Designer Expert with 8 years of experience with big brands worldwide.

I worked for 6 years in several digital agencies, creating campaigns, digital interfaces, and interaction models. At the end of 2014, I had my career transition, I was a digital art director and started working as an information architect. At the time the term UX was not known.
As an information architect, I started creating navigable prototypes, navigation flows, site maps, interaction models, and interfaces for mobile, tablets, laptops, desktops, totems, and several other digital devices.

I gained experience working on several projects for startups, and Brazilian, and global companies.

Over time, after working on several UX projects, I decided to specialize in CX (Customer Experience Design) because this way I can combine my experience with UX, UI, and Digital Marketing skills. this way, I can understand digital products and services as a whole and this delivers solutions beyond digital interfaces.
