Color subtraction and Illusion (simultaneous contrast)
Tried the experiment of making 3 colors look like 2. In color theory, the illusion created in this experiment is known as simultaneous contrast. When I analyze how this works, we see that the background colors subtract their value (lightness or darkness) from the colors they surround.
