Hi, This is a client work that I made in blender and after effect ( instead of cinema4D ) but I used almost the same process that I learned from this course, I modeled and rendered the transparent logo, when it comes to the texturing, the client wanted a gold color, reflecting a view to the desert, which I used HDRI for and rendered logo images to send to the client for confirmation (images 1,2,3).

after I got the confirmation about the color, I proceeded in Adobe Illustrator to organize the patterns given to me by another team member and friend in order to put them on the logo.
In order to achieve that, I just put them in one image (image 4) and gave them space to make it easy for me when I get to the UV unwrapping.
in the UV unwrapping part, I just went to edit mode, and selected the face I wanted to have the patterns in and resized it until I liked the results and found the results I was looking for (image 4 and 5).

And lastly, I made this animation, the 3D part in blender, I took 4 shots from 4 angles, exported them as image sequences, and took them to Adobe after effect, where I edited a little bit of color, and added a small animated lens flare because I thought it would look good, and at the end, I made the transition from 3D to 2D.
since it's a music festival, they told me that they want their own music on it, and that they'll be the ones to put it on the video so I kept it like that without music .
PS: the last image, I just made it for fun they didn't ask for it, but they got it haha, cause I thought it would look pretty cool and I took the chance to learn how to make sand texture, and I thought the patterns would look cool as some kind of ancient scriptures, so I scattered 3 logos in the set, with a sky with emission on it, some volumetrics, debt of field and we good to go.
I hope y'all enjoyed this ride with me on how I created this, I hope you tell me if you have an idea on how to improve, and if this is new to you and found it useful let me know.
And thank you Martin Ferdkin for the amazing course.
