Comfenalco Tolima's new recreational center is conceived as a large park embedded in the capillary network of the irrigation canals that make up the local agricultural landscape. It takes advantage of the lines traced by the green corridors as a pre-existing feature that defines the park's spatial structure and creates activity areas of varying scale, from large esplanades for events and sports to small hammock areas by the water.

Thus, a park is proposed for recreation, sports, and culture in the midst of nature, a park within a green fabric that expresses and shares with the world the musical tradition of Tolima.
