I'm a professional textile artist making art to wear garments from 100% upcycled fabrics. I alter the fabrics by dyeing, painting, screenprinting, patchworking and applying the multiple textile art techniques I've learned over decades. I have exhibited regularly in private and public art galleries for a decade. However for the last 2 years I've been pretty much cancelled everywhere on social media and in my local region due to being a racist and transphobe. I'm sad to have lost all my teaching work as working with people has always been so rewarding and inspirational for my own work. I love to take workshops and learn new skills to integrate into my artmaking repertoire.
