Female Founders Scale-up Programme

Creative England asked me to lead their prestigious new Female Founders Scale-up Programme, to help established screen-based companies achieve fast growth. With a cohort of ten amazing women founders selected for their ambition, creativity and focus, the 6-month programme was a combination of high level workshops interspersed with intensive, roll-up-your-sleeves 1-2-1 coaching. Funded by the British Film Institute and the National Lottery, the cohort represented the worlds of film, television, interactive, gaming, VR, animation and branded content.
