Hi, I'm Liz Shim of Eat Cake Be Merry! I am a professional cake artist that has been making cakes for over 13 years. I've created cakes for all of life's celebrations ranging from weddings to birthdays and everything in between.
As much as I love baking and decorating cakes, I also love teaching others how to create special cakes themselves. I've traveled the world sharing my skills and through online courses I've taught thousands of students all over the globe. I'm so glad to have the opportunity to teach you as well and I look forward to seeing what we will create from my class together!
