I have worked many years in the fashion industry in both London and Montreal as a knitwear menswear designer and . Two years ago I decided to focus on me ( I had worked myself exhausted and feed up with the industry) and my newborn son, and took up jewellery courses. Today I am returning to the industry but on my terms and setting up a children company for hand knitted sweaters( made in India)
I have designed knit wear made on machines for commercial brands with strict deadlines and focused about selling... but never actual knitted myself so I wanted to expand my knowledge with this course and have a greater knowledge about the handcraft but also get inspired how to "play" with designing knitwear and have fun...
