Before becoming a cake artist, I studied and worked in fashion and it’s only in recent years that I’ve discovered how magical the process of making a cake really is!
Every cake I create draws on my artistic background and baking to me is an art form because cakes are the perfect canvas for expressing ideas and creating experiences. I like to elevate cakes aesthetics to the next level and turn them into an edible art pieces by using flavour and texture to tell a story and paint a picture.I approach every new project with the creative mindset, making sure no detail is overlooked. Artistic cakes offer so much scope for experiments and new creative discoveries.
