Hello.

My name is Juan Andrés, I'm based in Arrecife, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and currently serve as Senior Technical Consultant for Olympic Broadcasting Services and LIV Golf.

Over the last 8 years, I've been providing technical consulting for around 40 international clients on identity management and cloud solutions. During this time, I've been part of teams working on more than three Olympic Games with Olympic Broadcasting Services, handling frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and data processing. At LIV Golf, I contributed to their user authentication system launch. At AENA (https_://usuarios.aena.es), I worked on the authentication system for Spanish airports. I am also the main contributor to the SAP CDC Starter Kit (https_://github.com/gigya/cdc-starter-kit), which is now maintained by SAP.

Before that, I spent about 10 years working on around 30 different websites for various clients. Some examples: e-commerce platforms like Coupon&Go and Oferting, email marketing systems for Emailing Network, a real estate platform for Lidering (https_://lidering.com), video processing integration for Megabanner, and corporate sites for Jorpack (https_://jorpack.com) and Mobbeel (https_://mobbeel.com). I also worked on search engine projects using Lucene. Recently, I've been working on some personal projects like La Porra.club (https_://laporra.club), Somos Una Ola (https_://somosunaola.org), and Herrumbre Vivo Arte (https_://herrumbrevivoarte.com).

I've worked with Java and PHP, React and Node, and more recently Go, HTMX, and AI-assisted development tools. I'm familiar with Spring/Hibernate, and handle infrastructure work with Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and Nginx.

I like working on clean interfaces and intuitive workflows. I've worked with teams from different countries, sometimes traveling to their offices when needed.
