I'm a stitch-based fiber artist living outside Tacoma WA. I work in traditional embroidery using salvaged fabrics, repurposed materials, and fabric monoprinting. I use familiar, useful forms as the foundation for my work. That allows me to bridge craft and art, putting pieces in use to expand the history of the object and its components. Worn is beautiful. Wear is a sign of life. Nature breaks things down. Use imbues memory.
