Stephanie Künzli Ycaza

Since 2010 I like to paint people in the context of nature. Over time I have specialized in oil painting. Today I paint realistic portraits, landscape painting and abstract paintings. Since I was a little girl I have always been fascinated by art. The biggest inspiration I found in the great art museums of Europe like the Louvre in Paris and since then I began to understand where I need to go as a visionary artist of this century. My art is mainly focused on emotional stories. It is a great concern for me that I connect nature with people. The paintings should reflect the viewer on an emotional level and giving them a new insight. As a young artist, I want to try many different techniques and combine them in the end. Today I work in my studio in Basel and regularly organize exhibitions nationally and internationally.
