Rose Esquenazi

I worked as a journalist during 40 years and I'm still a teacher (27 years) of journalism at a nice university, PUC-Rio. I've always wanted to draw nature, but I'm very critical. Now, I use to go the incredible Botanical Garden, founded on 1808 by the Portuguese king, D. João VI. The big garden of Mata Atlantica, Amazon's natives and foreign spices is beautiful! I also love to go to the mountais nearby, walk in the forest, breathe and collect plants. My grandfather came from Bessarabia (Moldavia, now), maybe that is the reason I like to be close to nature. I want to know who dry flowers, now I can with Olga Prinku.
