Riya Melgert

I have been drawing all my life. I started painting end of 2009 and had my first and only commission in 2019, while recovering from Colon Cancer. I love Art/Bible Journaling, making my own journals and collages.
I live in the Netherlands in one of the most beautiful parts, Twente, together with my cat Yana, who just turned 16, and my partner. My first love is still, and always will be, drawing especially with graphite. I love my morning walks, I love to take pictures from natureespecially now with nature awakening and all the new born animals.
