Kierany Ferguson

Hello, my name is Kierany, or just call me Kiikii. I'm 31 years old I live in Claremont, NC. I have a beautiful daughter that's 3. For as long as I can remember I've always had a love for art. However, I never thought that I could make a living doing art, or I felt as if my art would only be worth any value would be once my life ends. I've tried any different careers and at the end of the day I knew that it wasn't for me. I just wasn't happy no matter how good I was at the job I felt like something was missing, or the thought of having my own art studio where I can sell my art or teach a small class of all ages how to draw or just a place where people can be creative and relax. Art has helped me though a lot over the years. From depression, controlling my anxiety, and express my emotions calmly and not let them take over. Something about the sound of a pencil/pen running across a blank canvas is calming and helps clear the mind.
As I got older the more I just wanted to sit down and draw. After losing my job in August of 2024 and struggled to find another one I made the decision to just focus on what I love to do and what I do best and enjoy the most and instead of making someone else rich and never wanting a company to determine my financial fate, my creative side took over and don't plan on leaving. Once I receive the HP Envy laptop downloading a few art apps I decided to take a few classes on digital design and the more classes I took the more I wanted my studio to become a reality. And that's how I ended up here. I'm really excited and I have a good feeling about Domestika.
