For this project, I chose beech wood. I had a few boards so I marked them up to cut on the circular saw
here you can see how I cut wood :)
these are finished, sawn parts, then I sent them to the jointer and then passed them through the reismus
here are the ready-made boards, some of which became shelves, and some became racks that fastened the shelves
I added a markup, in order to remove the excess material with a chisel.
I tried doing this along the grain with a mallet, and although my chisel was sharp enough, the wood chipped several times. Therefore, I stopped growing strokes and taking along the fibers - this made the process more precise and controlled
then I cut holes with a handsaw and knocked out the excess with a chisel
then I assembled all the items. Everything came together very tightly, so I decided not to use dowels and used quite a bit of titebond
Then I sanded everything down. I used 100-grit, 240-grit, and 400-grit sandpaper. After sanding, I coated everything with linseed oil and wax. All the magic unfolded after the coating
Here is the final result. This is my first project like this, so despite some mistakes, I'm still very satisfied.
I want to thank Thomas Schnur for the interesting idea of this product, and for the good instructions to make it. I spent three days on this project and it was really a challenge for me, but now I am very satisfied.

Profesor PlusGuau ! Gran cumplido Igor Turkevych!
