My project for course: Surreal Illustration with Watercolor and Ink

It doesn't look professional and the composition needs work, but I just went with the flow and made it even if it's not perfect. I really enjoyed creating it without needing to make something that is "good". It was a fun and relaxing activity, and I've never put together an illustration like this, nor used watercolour in this way before.
I loved looking through all the inspiration links, resources, videos etc that Marija put into the course, and checking back on community comments and progress pictures.
I put together a mood board to work on another illustration. I'd like to apply everything I learnt to another one. It was really fun!

Profesor Plus¡Hola Kristen! ¡Sí, felicidades por completar el curso y crear una pintura tan clara y nítida! Aprecio totalmente tu autoconciencia y cómo sabes en qué te gustaría trabajar - es una característica muy fuerte saber las áreas en las que puedes progresar y desarrollarte. Mirar los proyectos de otras personas también puede ser útil y, por supuesto, ¡practicar e intentarlo una y otra vez!
Debo decir que aunque fuiste bastante crítico con tu proyecto, disfruté la estructura simple pero caprichosa de tu composición y aún más, ¡tus estudios y tu voluntad de darle vida a las texturas y los materiales! También me encantan esos detalles brillantes, ¿no lleva la imagen a un nivel completamente nuevo? :)

@tiurinam Muchas gracias por tu comentario :) Ya hice otro dibujo y ya noté una mejora, así que imagino que mejorarán mucho después de un poco de práctica. Sí, los detalles brillantes fueron un descubrimiento increíble. Gracias por poner tantos recursos y enlaces juntos en el curso. Pasé horas inspirándome con todo el esfuerzo que pusiste. ¡Felicitaciones por un curso tan excelente!
