This is my schedule of the second week, after I analyzed me the first week and did some changes.
The "Frog" refers to the book "Eat that Frog" by Brian Tracy and is basically the most annoying task which you shouldn't postpone. Instead start the day with the hardest task, which is also an energy drainer.
I also started to check my inbox only two times a day, because it was a huge distraction. Same goes for my private phone, which I put away most of the time (only for business related calls I have to be available unfortunately).
As you can see I sometimes have some appointments, which interrupt some routines, but for me it worked really good so far.
Conclusion: This course gave me so much! Before I was working very much but didn't pay attention to my body and I was stressed. Now I schedule energy drainers and distractions better and started to implement some habits like going to the gym in the mornings, stretching, doing yoga, going for a walk, etc.
I feel like im working less because of the time I spent for myself, but I have more energy and structure, which makes me work more focused.
This leads to working less but getting more things done!
