I use painting as a therapy to help me with my anxiety. I've always thought that I cannot draw/paint, but then I tried and I could do more than I expected. I like painting with watercolors because they are often unpredictable and it helps me to relax when I paint. I often expect everything to go in a very certain way, so seeing colors mixing up in an unpredictable and fun way inspires me.
