Luis Andres Ordoñez Rosero

I am a Visual artists and designer. My exploration and work encompass audiovisual media, graphic arts, and drawing, along with a close relationship to poetic language. I have a particular interest in exploring them together and delving into their defining qualities—for example, their capacity to be corrupted, and how this “flaw” can be established as part of what we call language, of what we understand as image. Considering the mutability of both fields has allowed me to investigate them through my own practices in order to generate a symbiosis rooted in sensitivity. I continue to uphold the use of the personal, intimate archive as a political decision. It is within that narrow space of my own history where the other enters—to inhabit it, and for us to mutually inhabit one another.
