I am a plant-based advocate for animals living in upper Manhattan with my husband Wes, an architectural lighting specialist, and our dog, Sophie, a soft-coated wheaten terrier.

I am here to update my skills, be inspired and develop ideas into services of value to the people, coalitions, and brands protecting animals and the environment.

Seven years ago, my diet became entirely plants (and fungi!). Today, I do cat rescue and TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) which helps people and community cats to coexist peacefully. I join with other activists on grassroots campaigns to enact humane laws, and to educate voters and candidates about animal welfare. I am an election worker and a delegate to the city council's participatory budgeting. To help animals on a larger scale, or, more systematically, I want to do animal advocacy professionally and be compensated sustainably.
