Rania Kyrki

My name is Rania, I live in Athens, Greece and I teach Greek as a foreign language. I've always loved stationery, pens and calligraphy. I also love art and have spent hours observing pictures and photos of famous artists. I never considered myself talented in art, so after the age of fifteen, I stopped drawing. A few months before the pandemic, I started drawing again, without expectations. During the pandemic, I spent my spare time drawing with the Zentangle method and taking macro photos with my cell phone. I love observing patterns in nature and in the city. I also love the way flowers and plants take different colors when the breeze makes them move under the sun.
Exploring and learning new things is what 's feeding me and I believe that we can be creative with any means we have, even by using our finger to draw shapes on a foggy window.
