I was born not as expected. I was not what my mother ordered, something of a puzzle to my father, barely acceptable to my brothers, full of feelings and anxieties and ideas and unconventionalities. Always the new kid in town, always the strange one. Through all of life's turmoils the one thing that I always knew about myself is that I was, I am, and I always will be a Maker. I make things. That's what I do. Even when I drift, I know where my core self is. I make things. And so here I am.
