Karissa MK

Hello, I'm Karissa from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago. I love art, but I'm much more a spectator than an artist. This year I would like to change that. I'm a project coordinator for mainly environmental projects, but I'm really curious about painting, sketching, and all forms of creative expression. So far I've just been collecting art supplies, and not using them as much as I would like. I've made some attempts at acrylic paintings in the past year but only a few months ago, I've been motivated to try more inks and watercolours. Unfortunately, I haven't done much else than swatch them :( and watch YouTube videos.
I hope this platform will remedy that. I hope to connect with others through my art and find my tribe in 2021.
