Wafaa Saeb Jarrar

My name is Wafaa Saeb Jarrar, originally from Jenin, Palestine, and currently living in Jordan with my family. My journey with ceramics began more than 20 years ago while working in the ceramic industry, where I was responsible for quality control and materials testing. During this time, I had the opportunity to deepen my expertise abroad—attending specialized training in Italy on the use of ceramic products and industrial parameters, as well as in Spain, where I focused on design concepts and their application to ceramic tiles.

This field has always inspired me, as it beautifully combines my academic background in chemistry with my passion for fine art. Over the years, this blend of science and creativity has fueled my growing interest in ceramic decoration.

Currently, I am dedicating my time to my family while continuing to explore new techniques in ceramics. My dream is to establish a home-based workshop where I can create, experiment, and share my passion for ceramic art.
