I’m a polyglot people development builder based in France, working at the intersection of coaching, culture, and global talent programs. I bring a rare blend of deep relational intelligence and remote-first operational experience, supporting distributed teams across continents and time zones, sometimes jumping from LatAm to Asia to Europe in the same morning. I’m at my best when someone feels stuck: I help leaders and individual contributors unblock fast, name what’s really happening underneath the surface, and turn that into clear next steps. I’m especially strong at reading the nuances between cultures and functions (from Engineering to Sales to Ops) and translating complexity into clarity: better conversations, better trust, better learning, better decisions.
