The courses I've signed up for are in Spanish, but the English subtitles are good.
The forums, where students share their projects, are also translated into English for me (because of my settings).
So far, I discovered one course where the audio is in English. There are probably more, but I only signed up with Domestika recently.
If you are creating a course, it might be best to contact Domestika directly so they can assist you.
