so started off with very intense detailed sketches, very nice . But the finished painting was very confusing. why learn such detail and just throw together a semi abstract painting in the end?

Sonal's work is inspiring and I enjoyed the course - just the occasional niggle in the delivery, for example, in a lesson in Unit 2 it would have been good to see what she was drawing while she was drawing it.

I am new to acrylic painting. I love to see the process in which she achieves her paintings. It has inspired me to give it a try. I am enjoying the class.

It was really interesting to see how Sonal creates her floral paintings. I like her expressive use of paints and crayons and her clear instructions encouraged me to try these techniques myself. A lovely course!

I liked this course very much. Sonal Nathwani has a very calm presence and a very kind, clear and flexible manner as a teacher. Being a total beginner in any form of graphic art, I was afraid that I would not find my way around working with colours, forms, shades. But now I am sure that I will go back to this course and learn something new every time.
