Introducción a la técnica tradicional encáustica

Its a very interesting and inpiring course, it is difficult and expenive for me to obtain these materials, but that is clearly not the course creator's problem.

The translation into English was very convoluted and hard to follow. I did learn some things by just concentrating on the visuals but feel I did not get all I could from this very interesting and talented artist because of the translation.

Ho apprezzato questo corso e sono contenta di aver dedicato un'intero fine settimana a seguire il processo dell'incausto. L'insegnante spiega molto bene. I sottotitoli in italiano sono abbastanza ben tradotti. Consiglio di acquistare questo corso: ritengo preziose anche le risorse aggiuntive. Se venisse proposto un corso di livello superiore acquisterei anche quello.

A complicated translation with very complex words. Not sure if it was the translation into English or the tutors use of language. I was only interested in image positioning and adding of colour so had to skip through the majority of lessons to get there so if I hadn’t known about encaustic I think I’d have given up early on learning this technique. It seemed huge for a novice. He was very intricate about the tiniest of things and it became tiring.I do think the tutor is well versed in encaustic

I was disappointed that there was very little information about the application of the hot wax.
This should be the basis of the class.

The translation was horrible and there was very little info about actual encaustic techniques. Poor value. It’s the first Domestika course I’m disappointed in.

Absolutely horrible translation which totally undermines certain specifics which are important to the process (like working with the images) . Did not get what i was hoping for. Too much belaboring and detail in certain segments that could be shorter and to short in the areas that need better instruction.

A fascinating process. I haven't been able to practice yet as I don't have all the required equipment but it is very exciting and I can't wait to try it out. The English translation was a bit torturous and hard to follow at times.

Der Kurs hat den Namen "Enkaustikkurs" nicht wirklich verdient. Meditative Phasen von Wachsschmelzen und der wohl passenden Anordnung etwas fraglich ausgewählter Puzzleteile für eine Gesamtkomposition sowie die detailliert beschriebene Übertragung eines Folienbildes auf Papier machen keine Enkaustik. Zudem sind die deutschen Untertitel ziemlich abenteuerlich übersetzt.
Die reine Maltechnik kam viel zu kurz .
Alles in allem eine Enttäuschung für Gott sei Dank lediglich 10,-€!
