Great course for a non traditional introduction to CS concepts that focuses more on creating, art and creativity: an innovative approach to learning development. This actually facilitates sticking to learning coding and greatly helps me understand CS concepts in a way more intuitive, accessible and efficient manner. Courses like these increase inclusivity in the field through more hands on training and immediate transferable skills. I would love to take more courses from this amazing teacher.

This course was the starting point to get out of my comfort zone which was programming creative projects in javascript Language. I didn't want to develop anything for the web so I've seen this course as an alternative to my previous projects. At first, I thought C++ was hard to understand even though I had a background in programming, but I would say Paul did an excellent job to create an atmosphere to make this course enjoyable to follow.
A more advanced course would be great!

It´s a fairly easy course to understand if you have previous knowledge of programming. I would have liked to delve a little bit more deeper into the subject of interaction with the webcam and see other possibilities. Really handy and recommended.

Great class! I just downloaded Visual Studio and Open Frameworks and started to do some of the exercises. I am very excited to see where I can go with OpenFrameworks and how I can make exciting visuals for theater productions with it.

Paul explains basic programming concepts using C++, enough to follow the examples

If you don’t use windows with visual studio or macOS with Xcode, you will face a couple of issues getting an IDE running properly with openframeworks, but not too difficult to setup

The core principles explained in the course are particle systems and webcam interaction
