This is a well structured course. I loved it, particularly because it has solid foundations. Even when she refers to the law of attraction, she warns about the fluff of just thinking about it and it will happen! I liked the reference to Tara Swart among others as well. I went through the content in one sitting just to get a sense of the approach adopted and how it could be implemented. I have already gone back to the beginning and I'm now reviewing the neuroscientific bases mentioned. Thank you
