I’m really enjoying this course by Daniel Segrove. I’m learning to draw the portrait in a different way and how to abstract the portrait. Abstraction of the portrait figure is the main reason that I took this course. I’ve learned a lot about the abstraction process and application.

I really enjoyed this course. Daniel’s instruction is thorough and clear. I really appreciated that he went to the trouble to explain a couple of different approaches to working out proportion when making a portrait. The mixed media abstraction techniques were interesting. It would be great if Daniel was able to provide more timely feedback when students post questions
