I learned some new and interesting techniques!

Me ha encantado el curso, recomendable!

While I really like the final outcome and have definitely learnt a lot from taking this course, I do feel that some of the techniques covered in this course lead to needless overworking of the paper so I will not be adopting them as taught. As I said, there are nevertheless many positive elements to take away and it may suit your painting style better than mine.

Cours très intéressant pendant lequel on apprend à lâcher prise avec l'aquarelle (chose qui n'est pas toujours évidente !). J'avais déjà expérimenté le dessin à l'envers pendant une école d'art, et elle prend ici tout son sens. Un grand merci pour cette bouffée d'inspiration :)

Interesting course using different techniques. All the steps are very clearly explained.

El curso de Berta Llonch me ha encantado. No solo por la temática marina, que ya de por si es fascinante, sinó por todas las técnicas y detalles que va ofreciendo a cada paso. El uso de la esponja, ver las figuras como manchas, restaurar el blanco del papel y el uso del blanco líquido son lo que más me ha sorprendido y me ha ayudado a ir un poco más allá con la acuarela. Berta te muestra todos sus trucos y secretos, a cada mancha o gota te da un consejo o indicación. Muy recomendable!

Me encanta todo lo que tiene que ver con el mar y sus creaturas, compré este curso por esa misma razón y cumplió con todas mis expectativas: aprendí a usar mejor algunos elementos en la acuarela que no conocía como el agua y la esponja, tensar el papel, tipo de éste, pinceles y marcas de acuarelas además de mezclar lápiz, acrílico y rotulador. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

I like the way Berta uses paint and the way she teaches the magical watercolour processes of layering and diffusing to create shape and volume in her work. She explains the steps clearly and shares her techniques generously. I would love to do another course concentrating on seashells! I highly recommend Berta’s course to anyone who wants to learn the art of gentle manipulation of watercolour,
