What a pleasure to see Dan teach and hear his comments. He is speaking out loud about what his hands are doing. This is so helpful! I think that people with a knowledge of human anatomy can get a lot of benefits from this course. I would rate difficulty for advanced students, not for beginners. I would definitely recommend this course.

My virtual teacher Sorie Kim is awesome! I haven't drawn in over 10 years, and this introduction course totally opened me back up. I ran out and bought all the materials I needed and have dedicated time everyday every since.

The lessons in this series are extensive and excellent. Although the Level is listed as Beginner, I think there are important lessons for artists of every skill level. It will pay off the most for self taught artists who seek practical techniques for better capturing a likeness. I have watched several of the lessons multiple times. I recommend you do not binge watch the entire thing, but instead take it slow and sketch many practice portraits along the way.

I found this course very informative and helpful. I followed along and did a quick sketch of the subject quite effectively. It was a thumbnail but nonetheless dance instruction did a lot to help. It has so much to offer and even if you don’t get it initially it will come in to play quickly there after with some time spent at the easel.

I like Dan's approach to drawing the head, he presents some interesting ideas and has a thorough knowledge of anatomy and planes of the head.

I thought I am here just to learn to draw human faces but it's more then that . Want to explore more . Dan is great instructor we already know that Domestika did a great job bringing him on this platform.
