Fabulous course. Lapin has a very calming and gentle manner beautifully suited to the meditational approach to drawing botantics. Yet at the same time the course is professionally taught by an artist with a huge understanding of the nature of plants but most importantly how to draw and paint to a high standard.
We are further shown how to upload our images to photoshop and convert to patterns ready to upload to companies to make fabrics and wallpapers.

Lapin is an excellent teacher! I found his tips and exercises really helpful.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this course. I have been taking it slow because I didn't want it to be over. When I am worried about something or anxious I go back to this course. It calms me and I leave with a little more insight into my progress with the art as well as a pervasive calm that I haven't found anywhere else.

I am enjoying the fact I can watch the videos in my own time and repeat if necessary. I walk my dog a lot and see so many botanicals I’d like to tackle and I feel this course is equipping me with the skills and confidence to try those plants I see around me.

My partner is a passionate gardener and I have always tried to draw and paint the plants in our garden. But wasn't able to find out how to start and finish. Also, I was quite impatient with my drawing techniques. But this course really helped me to find a way to learn botanical drawing. I am more particular and patient with my brushes now and it really gives me the great output. I'll recommend this course to my friends.
