This course is for those who have minimal knowledge in branding. I do like Dot’s teaching style and hope there will be more intermediate to advance level courses. As a Notion fan, I love the Notion template which confirms my workflow is in the right direction 🖤

The content of the course is pretty much on the surface. The instructor only talks about the importance of finding the customer psychographic insights for the ideal customer avatar (ICA), but she didn't tell us how to do that. To me, this type of content you can easily find for free on Youtube, no need to pay for a course for it. I am looking for a course that's more in-depth and can explain the methodology on a deeper level.
