José Rodríguez Mas, also known as ))MAS(( is part of a third generation of audiovisual artists who wrote important pages in cinema and other arts.

He started as an actor in Mexican movies when he was a kid. He grew up on studios surrounded by cameras, musical instruments, etc… he knew since early age that he wanted to have his own studio and production company.

At the age of 4 years old he saw Jimi Hendrix on TV and knew since that moment that the guitar was an extension of his heart, crystallizing his musical dreams by producing and launching the first Expansive Art music album in history! named “THE EMPIRE OF IMAGINATION” in where he composed, played (real and virtual instruments), recorded, mixed and mastered all tracks.

Since 2002 he is producing, directing, writing, filming, editing, post producing, composing, playing instruments (real and virtual instruments), recording, mixing and mastering all kind of audiovisual productions from underwater videos with dolphins to concerts, weddings, touristic videos, commercials, documentaries, music videos, music albums, digital courses, etc…

On 2018 he launched his studio and production company named “THE EMPIRE OF IMAGINATION STUDIOS” which was honored with a Silver Telly Award 2018 for the production of the first Expansive Art music video in history! named “THE FEARLESS SUN”.

During 2020 he works in the digital project of courses of the only Mexican company of business consulting certified by ISO 9001:2015 named Forma de Vida, in where he works as Videographer, Editor and Post - Producer.

At this time José Rodríguez ))MAS(( is a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Science (IADAS) and the Telly Awards Judging Council, where he qualify productions from the most important studios in the world for The Webby Awards, The Lovie Awards and Telly Awards.

José Rodríguez Mas, también conocido como ))MAS(( forma parte de una tercera generación de artistas audiovisuales que escribieron importantes páginas en la historia del cine y otras artes.

Comenzó como actor de cine mexicano cuando era niño, al crecer en estudios rodeado de cámaras, instrumentos musicales, etc… supo desde temprana edad que quería tener su propio estudio y compañía productora.

A la edad de 4 años al ver a Jimi Hendrix por TV supo que la guitarra era una extensión de su corazón, cristalizando sus sueños musicales con la producción y lanzamiento del primer álbum musical de Arte Expansivo en la historia! llamado “THE EMPIRE OF IMAGINATION” donde él compuso, tocó (instrumentos reales y virtuales), grabó, mezcló y masterizó todos los temas.

Desde 2002 ha producido, escrito, dirigido, filmado, editado, post producido, compuesto, ejecutado (instrumentos reales y virtuales), grabado, mezclado y masterizado todo tipo de producciones audiovisuales desde videos submarinos con delfines a conciertos, bodas, videos turísticos, comerciales, documentales, videos y álbumes musicales, cursos digitales, etc…

En 2018 lanza su estudio y compañía productora llamada “THE EMPIRE OF IMAGINATION STUDIOS” el cual fue honrado con un Telly Award de plata 2018 por la producción del primer video musical de Arte Expansivo en la historia! llamado “THE FEARLESS SUN”.

Durante 2020 colabora en el proyecto de digitalización de talleres de capacitación de la única empresa de consultoría mexicana que cuenta con la certificación ISO 9001:2015 llamada Forma de Vida, donde labora como Videógrafo, Editor y Post - Productor.

En este momento José Rodríguez ))MAS(( es miembro de la Academia Internacional de Arte Digital y Ciencias (IADAS) y del Jurado de los Telly Awards, donde califica producciones de los estudios más importantes del mundo para los Webby Awards, Los Lovie Awards y Telly Awards.
