Cath Youngman

I have always loved artwork and crafts. When I was younger I completed a CSE in art and craft. I didn't really draw much then until I attended an adult water colour evening class. I didn't really feel like I had learnt anything for that whole year. We did eventually paint plein air. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. Move forward to some 20 years or so and I found an artist called Erin Hill who influenced my urban sketch journey. Now I go out with the Urban sketchers twice a month. I am keen to practice and learn more. I do like the more loose style of sketching not too photographic looking.
