Júnior Caramez

Helo! I was born in 1978 in Sorocaba, Brazil and soon felt the need to put pencil and paper in my hands. Before learning to read and write, I could spend hours just looking at illustrations and comics. As a child, it was clear that I really wanted to draw, and what I took as a joke in my childhood, when a teenager became a “serious thing”, and I started to illustrate the scenario of the College where I studied. These works gave me my first professional job: illustration for the "Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil" - Sorocaba. At 17 I started the Advertising course in Sorocaba. I worked in advertising agencies in Campinas and Sorocaba. Today I work as an illustrator and designer in my own studio together with my wife and son! I have more than 60 books and children's works here and in Europe, as well as other design work around the world up to an animated series on youtube called "As Aventuras de Lelé".
