Maree Aldridge

I'm an artist, writer and therapeutic coach (trauma, grief, midlife or crisis changes). I have self-published two visual novellas, "Letters to a Missing Woman" (2020) and "The Return of the Girl Behind the Door" (2021). These are both mytho-psychospiritual stories about loss and recovery of self, each a collection of images, poetry, and narrative about the journey of finding and returning 'home'. I am currently working on a new story.
I love to swim in the ocean all year round, and I spend a lot of the year in our large garden which is being rescued from its neglected overgrown state. I am a mother of two adult children.
