Hi, i am Andrés Palacios Silva Ecuadorian Engineer in Tourism Management and Environment with more than 3 years’ experience in marketing management for companies like Airlines and Restaurants in my country for which I made marketing plans in order to change the enterprises from the traditional environment to the digital era and to capture new costumers, build customer loyalty and obviously to increase sales. Nowadays I am living in Barcelona and I am taking a Master in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce at EAE Business School, I have finished the third module learning professional knowledge about the importance of being inside the digital environment, branding-awareness campaigns, brand management and positioning, management of an effective website seen like our best office, Mobil marketing, SEO and SEM positioning, reporting and analysis of costumer behavior in our web (Google Analytics), strategic management of social media like marketing tool (awareness, relevance, catchment, sales and loyalty campaigns),remarkable experiences, reporting and optimization( Kip´s and metric analysis), return of the investment calculation , E-MAIL MARKETING STRATEGY to create a closer costumer relationship to earn their loyalty by using content strategy ( Advice ,emotional, commercial, catchy and chat) and inbound marketing. Word to mouth, advocacy and influencers programs, to show us by their recommendation to a new audience.
Also to define the specific objectives for the social canals aligned with the marketing plan, stablish the correct key performance indicators to measure the objectives accomplish, report and analysis data in order to optimize the digital strategy and reach faster the company goals.
I am Spanish native speaker and also have a 90% level of English language.
I am responsible, proactive, used to team work, with high adaptation skills and quick learning.
