Aitor Padilla

I, Aitor Padilla, am a Spanish director. Spanish from Canary Islands, which actually means a lot. There, on an island made of rocks, clouds and sand, time has a different shape. Time is slow. Time makes you drift, from dream to dream, never leaving that primary state of illusion. When I first seized a camera, I reclaimed my own tempo. I started filming everything, every moment. Our skating escapes were the best ones, suspended above the city. I never stopped filming since, and made a life out of it, in Barcelona, where I now capture Fashion minutes, amongst other.
