Harriett Zipfel

I’ve been sewing since age 9. I was a country bumpkin and 4-H was a big influence in my early years. I got serious about quilting in the early 90s . Now that I’m retired I am learning out mediums which I hope to incorporate or spark new ideas in my work. I picked up Sashiko when having heel surgery. I’ve used it in a quilt and in clothing including patching jeans.
